Two showroom floors in Kampala, one workshop, and a delivery crew that carries things up stairs. That is the whole company.
Our story
It started with one sofa nobody would fix.
A customer brought us a sofa with a broken frame that three shops had already refused. We rebuilt it. She sent her sister. Her sister sent a hotel. That is still, more or less, how we grow.
Today we furnish homes, offices, hotels and whole apartment blocks — but the standard has not moved. If a piece would not survive in our own house, it does not go on the floor.
Everything we sell either sits in Bugolobi or Bukoto where you can push on it, or is built to your measurements by people whose names we know.
What we hold to

Materials you can name
Every listing states the frame, the fill and the fabric. If we won't write it down, we won't sell it.
Our own crews
We don't subcontract delivery. The people who carry it in are the people we answer for.
Built to your room
20cm shorter, a different weave, a left-hand chaise. Custom is normal here, not an upsell.
Dates we keep
We quote a day and we arrive on it. If we're going to be late, you hear it from us first.
How we got here
A slow build, on purpose.
One
A repair bench, not a showroom
We opened fixing what other people had given up on. It taught us how furniture actually fails — which is why our frames are over-built.
Two
Bugolobi opens
The first real floor. Big enough to sit on everything, small enough that we knew every piece on it by hand.
Three
Contract work finds us
A hotel asked for forty chairs that could take two hundred sittings a day. Specifying contract-grade taught us the difference between looking good and lasting.
Four
Bukoto, and the workshop
A second floor on Old Kira Road, and our own bench for made-to-order. Now a room can be measured, drawn, built and delivered without leaving the company.
